Itinerary

Day 1: Taman Negara (Dinner)

  • Arrival at Taman Negara, Pahang
  • Proceed to check in at the resort
  • Continue for Rapids Shooting by boat and visit Aborigine Settlement, an Orang Asli village
  • Dinner at the resort
  • Proceed for Night jungle walk
  • Overnight at resort

Day 2: Taman Negara (Breakfast | Lunch)

  • Breakfast at hotel
  • Start the day with Jungle Trekking to Canopy Walkway and Hiking to Teresek
  • Have lunch at the resort and check out
  • End of service

Remark

  • Minimum 2 person per course
  • Open water session will be conducted at the islands, just outside the Kota Kinabalu city
  • Please bring a yoga mat or a large towel for breathing workshop on Day 1
