<p style=”text-align: left;”>2. Rates includes of fuel and driver, however meal and lodging for driver or Tour Guide(if stated requirement by Agent/guest) will be borne by hirer when and where applicable.</p>
<p style=”text-align: left;”>3. Hirer to provide a licensed Tour Guide (valid STGA license) with name list during charter period in compliance to Malaysian Tourism Act 1992.</p>
<p style=”text-align: left;”>4. “Surcharge / Peak season applicable during Malaysian Festive / Public Holidays accordingly“</p>
<p style=”text-align: left;”>5. Additional hotel pick-up charges only applicable if the location is not within the first hotel and the destination.</p>
